

International Arbitrator & Mediator
Victor P. Leginsky, has over 25 years experience as an international arbitrator and mediator. He’s a Canadian citizen, residing in the United Arab Emirates and working in Middle Eastern countries since 2007. Due to his high-level mediation experience, Mr. Leginsky was appointed as Chair of the Manufactured Home Park Dispute Resolution Committee by the Attorney General of British Columbia in Canada between 1998 and 2002. He has earned the internationally recognised title of Chartered Arbitrator & Fellow from the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is appointed to the CIArb Panel of Arbitrators. Victor is an accredited mediator by the CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, London). He is a committee member of the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) - Canada. He co-instructs, with Prof. Dr. Klaus Peter Berger, International Commercial Arbitration. He is an Arbitration & Mediation Expert for the London Centre of International Law Practice. He is a co-regional director of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and the Society of Construction Lawyers (SCL). He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada.
