Mr. Leginsky is a Middle East UAE international commercial arbitrator in Dubai. He is listed with several appointing bodies and has experience in chairing ad hoc arbitration. He has settled more than 70 cases associated with construction, property and other commercial disputes.

He has practiced law in four jurisdictions and in both, the public and private, sectors. In Canada, he practiced with Miller Thomson LLP, one of the nation’s largest law firms, with more than 500 professionals. He worked as CEO of QualitE-Learning Assurance Inc., a high technology company.

His clients were mainly from the transportation, high tech, goods distribution, consulting and information industries.

Currently, Victor arbitrates disputes associated with construction, real estate and energy in the Middle East and provides business consultations.
